About this course

Food fraud and deliberate contamination are not hazards a standard HACCP plan is designed to catch. Fraud is driven by economic gain; tampering is driven by intent to harm. Both demand their own assessment, controls and evidence. This SkillCert Specialist course takes you step by step through a real supply chain: you will score raw materials and suppliers for fraud vulnerability, assess a site for deliberate-attack threats, choose proportionate controls, plan authenticity testing and respond to a suspected incident. Every module uses workplace scenarios from food businesses in the UAE, India and international supply chains. You finish with a ready-to-use toolkit and the confidence to present your plans to a certification auditor.
