Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 4 August 2026

Innoryx is committed to providing transparent, fair, and high-quality learning services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, transfers, or credits may be available for courses, qualifications, training programs, workshops, webinars, practical sessions, examinations, learning materials, and other educational services offered under the Innoryx brand.

The legal entity responsible for a transaction will be the entity identified on the learner's invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

1. General Refund Principles

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • the type of program or service purchased;
  • whether access to learning content has already been provided;
  • whether the program has commenced;
  • the amount of the course already accessed or completed;
  • whether an assessment or examination has been attempted or booked;
  • whether third-party registration or awarding-body fees have already been incurred;
  • whether physical learning materials have been dispatched or issued; and
  • the reason for cancellation.

Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the learner, after any discounts, scholarships, promotional reductions, credits, or other adjustments.

2. Self-Paced / Online Courses

A learner may request a refund for a self-paced course within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • less than 10% of the course content has been accessed;
  • no assessment, examination, quiz designated as a final assessment, or certification assessment has been attempted;
  • no certificate has been generated or issued; and
  • no substantial downloadable course materials have been downloaded where those materials form a significant part of the purchased product.

Once any of these conditions is exceeded, the course will normally become non-refundable.

Technical issues that prevent reasonable access to a purchased course should first be reported to Innoryx so that the issue can be investigated and corrected. Where Innoryx is unable to provide the purchased service within a reasonable period, the learner may be eligible for a refund or other remedy.

3. Live, Flagship and Instructor-Led Programs

For scheduled live, flagship, diploma, professional, or instructor-led programs, learner-initiated cancellations will normally be handled as follows:

14 or more calendar days before the scheduled program start date:
Up to 90% of the tuition amount paid may be refunded.

7–13 calendar days before the scheduled program start date:
Up to 50% of the tuition amount paid may be refunded.

Less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date:
The payment is normally non-refundable.

After the program has commenced:
No refund will normally be provided for withdrawal, non-attendance, partial attendance, failure to complete the program, or a change in the learner's personal circumstances.

Instead of a refund, Innoryx may, where operationally possible, allow the learner to transfer to another available batch.

Any administrative or registration fee separately disclosed as non-refundable at the time of enrollment will remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Highfield and Other Third-Party Qualifications

Programs involving Highfield Qualifications or another external awarding, certification, examination, accreditation, or assessment body may include third-party fees.

Once Innoryx has:

  • registered the learner with the awarding body;
  • booked or ordered an examination or assessment;
  • purchased a learner registration;
  • requested certification; or
  • otherwise incurred a non-recoverable third-party charge,

that portion of the payment is non-refundable, except where the applicable third party itself provides a refund.

Any remaining Innoryx training fee will be considered separately under the applicable cancellation terms in this Policy.

Failure to attend an examination, failure to complete required training, or failure to achieve the required assessment result does not create an entitlement to a refund.

5. Workshops and Webinars

For paid webinars and short workshops:

  • cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may qualify for a refund or transfer;
  • cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session is normally non-refundable; and
  • once a learner has attended or accessed the live or recorded session, the fee is non-refundable.

If Innoryx cancels the event and does not provide a reasonable alternative date, the learner will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that event.

6. Practical Training, Laboratory Sessions and Internships

Practical training, laboratory sessions, internships, site visits, and similar activities may involve advance allocation of facilities, trainers, consumables, equipment, partner organisations, or limited-capacity seats.

Cancellation at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled activity may be considered for a refund, transfer, or credit after deducting any costs already committed for the learner.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity, non-attendance, or partial attendance will normally be non-refundable.

Any third-party charges already paid or committed are non-refundable unless recovered by Innoryx.

7. Books and Physical Learning Materials

Charges for books or physical learning materials may be refunded if cancellation is approved before the materials are dispatched or issued.

Once books or learning materials have been dispatched or issued, the applicable material and delivery charges are normally non-refundable, except where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where a refund or replacement is otherwise required by applicable law.

Learners must notify Innoryx promptly if damaged or incorrect materials are received.

8. Installment and EMI Payments

Choosing an installment or EMI arrangement does not change the total program fee or automatically create additional cancellation rights.

If a cancellation is approved, Innoryx will determine:

  • the amount already paid;
  • the value of services already delivered;
  • applicable third-party or non-refundable charges; and
  • whether any remaining scheduled installments should be cancelled or adjusted.

Stopping an installment payment without an approved cancellation does not by itself cancel the learner's enrollment or contractual payment obligations.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

A verified duplicate payment or an amount collected due to a confirmed payment-processing error will be refunded in full.

Learners should report duplicate transactions as soon as reasonably possible and provide the relevant transaction details.

10. Program Cancellation by Innoryx

If Innoryx cancels a paid program and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, learners may choose between:

  • transferring the amount paid to another suitable program or batch; or
  • receiving a refund for the affected service.

If a program has already partially been delivered before cancellation, Innoryx may offer an appropriate transfer, credit, replacement service, or refund for the undelivered portion, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

11. Rescheduling

Innoryx may occasionally need to change trainers, schedules, venues, delivery methods, or session dates for legitimate academic or operational reasons.

A reasonable schedule adjustment, trainer replacement, venue change, or equivalent delivery adjustment does not automatically entitle a learner to a refund.

Where a material change substantially prevents the learner from receiving the service originally purchased, Innoryx will work with the learner to provide an appropriate transfer, credit, alternative arrangement, or refund where required.

12. Certificates

A refund will not normally be available solely because:

  • a learner did not meet the certificate eligibility requirements;
  • a learner failed an assessment;
  • required attendance was not achieved;
  • required assignments were not completed;
  • learner information submitted for certification was incorrect; or
  • a certificate cannot be issued because the learner has not satisfied the published completion requirements.

This does not affect remedies available where Innoryx has failed to provide a service that the learner was entitled to receive.

13. Promotional, Discounted and Scholarship Enrollments

Refunds for discounted, promotional, scholarship-supported, or partially sponsored enrollments are calculated based on the net amount actually paid by the learner, not the standard advertised program price.

Promotional benefits and credits have no independent cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

14. Exceptional Circumstances

Innoryx may, at its discretion, consider requests involving exceptional circumstances such as serious emergencies.

Depending on the circumstances, Innoryx may offer:

  • a batch transfer;
  • temporary deferral;
  • course credit;
  • substitution with another suitable program; or
  • a partial or full refund where appropriate.

Supporting documentation may be requested.

15. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted through an official Innoryx support channel and should include:

  • learner's full name;
  • registered email address or mobile number;
  • learner/enrollment ID, if available;
  • program or course name;
  • payment transaction or receipt details;
  • reason for the refund request; and
  • any relevant supporting documents.

Submission of a refund request does not automatically mean that the refund has been approved.

Innoryx will review the request against this Policy, the learner's enrollment records, applicable third-party commitments, and applicable law.

16. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, Innoryx will normally initiate processing within 7–10 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the learner's account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card network, or payment provider.

Where reasonably possible, refunds will be made:

  • to the original payment method;
  • in the original transaction currency; and
  • by the same legal entity that received the original payment.

Currency-conversion differences, international bank charges, or other charges imposed independently by financial institutions are outside Innoryx's control.

Any non-recoverable third-party or payment-processing charges may only be deducted where legally permitted and where such charges were appropriately disclosed.

17. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except where required by applicable law, refunds will normally not be provided for:

  • change of mind after the applicable refund period;
  • failure to attend scheduled sessions;
  • failure to complete a course;
  • insufficient attendance;
  • failure of an examination or assessment;
  • personal scheduling conflicts;
  • relocation, employment changes, or other personal circumstances;
  • dissatisfaction arising solely from personal preference where the service was delivered as described;
  • certificates already issued;
  • third-party registrations or examination bookings already completed;
  • services already fully delivered; or
  • portions of a program already consumed or completed.

18. Statutory Consumer Rights

This Policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

Where applicable law provides the learner with a right to refund, replacement, compensation, cancellation, or another remedy that cannot legally be excluded, the applicable law will prevail over any conflicting provision of this Policy.

19. Policy Updates

Innoryx may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its programs, payment processes, regulatory requirements, or business operations.

The policy applicable to a transaction will generally be the version published or provided at the time of enrollment, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
